Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once approved, your return must be sent back and received by us within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received – unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that are not returned in a resalable condition may not be accepted unless they are faulty.
If your item arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. To help us resolve such issues, please contact us immediately upon delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and/or product.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy:

Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving them, regardless of the reason. This right does not apply to certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, or items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons and are no longer in a sealed condition.


Return Condition: Returned item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. Please ensure that we can identify you as the customer by including your personal details with your returned item. 

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide you with a refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
