How to Use

When to Use: ​ Blur Primer can be applied under foundation to maximise radiance or worn alone to create a perfected canvas.
Recommended Amount:​ Apply one pump on the back of the hand.
Application:​ With a foundation brush or clean fingers, apply with gentle sweeping motions from the centre of the face outward. Leave to melt into skin for 10 seconds before applying foundation, if desired.
Routine: For a flawless, radiant finish use this face primer before applying Touche Éclat Le Teint Foundation and brighten & illuminate your key features with Touche Éclat Illuminating Pen.
